All course materials are digital, so you'll need a reliable Internet connection with a decent speed to enjoy the course.
You'll also need a place nearby where you can get outside and explore each day - which could be a backyard, local park, or favorite hiking trail.
Each training day includes 10-15 minutes of instructional audio (transcripts are included for visual learners, too). For most practices, you'll need about a half hour of time outside in your local park, backyard, or favorite outdoor area, although many can be done even at work or throughout your day. There are 52 total days of training content and practices!
There are also optional reflection questions to answer at the end of each training day (highly recommended).
Those who wish to "fast track" through the course will require 6 weeks of daily practice time; 2-3 months of several days each week is a more relaxed pace.
You'll learn a lot and get inspired just by listening to the audio, but of course we recommend also doing the practices!
